Duty Roof Systems:
Our
custom designed Total Structures roof system is, we think the best in
the
business. The full roof set up is a 10 post 65’ wide x 55’ deep x
45’ high
with 35’ x 25’ x 40’ or 25’ x 25’ x 40’ bays stage left and right. The
modular
design allows us to break down the roof into two 65’ x 45’ x 45’ or two
45’
x 45’ x 45’ four post roof systems. To set up the full roof system all
we
need is one forklift and local stagehands for approximately 8 to 12
hours.
No other heavy equipment is needed. A maximum uniformly distributed
operating
load of 40,000 lbs of production is allowed on the main structure and
20,000
lbs on each bay.
The stage is a weather resistant portable stage deck designed for
outdoor applications.
The quad ripple deck surface has a non skid polypropylene finish and is
rated at 200 LB per square foot.
The understructure is in 4’ x 8’ bays with a bridge design set up time
for
a 60’ x 40’ x 5’ with 24’ x 24’ x 5’ wings is approximately 4 to 8
hours.
Front of house positions, Crowd control barricade, loading
docks and handicap ramps are also available.
